Gohan never trained with any of these people. Only Kuririn and Yamcha changed their symbols and eventually dropped them. Tenshinhan has nowhere to put a symbol since he’s always shirtless. Chaozu sucks.

Freeza appeared in Granolah though, and the whole saga was Granolah and the Heeters trying to overthrow him. Freeza seems to be the perfect opponent for closing the series. He’s the most iconic and the writers have no other stories they want to tell.

Yes. The timelines only start to change when Trunks kills Freeza.

But Future Goku went to Yardrat too

According to the Daizenshuu’s timeline Goku died in year 764 soon after returning from Yardrat. Then the special says he died 2.5 years later in 766. If he died 2 years later then I think he’s as strong as Sick Goku.

Worse: He stayed home and didn’t even join. But when he joins the fight, I’m not sure. He’s totally into it.
