I have Post ROSAT Piccolo on par with his Light Grenade against Cell. Base Vegeta being Imperfect Cell or #16 level sounds reasonable considering.

Super Saiyan Blue still sounds bad.

Cell still gets hurt, but not enough to lose any body parts.

I actually think the Light Grenade might have damaged Cell more, since Cell flares up an aura after emerging from the ocean.

I find it really lame that Chi Chi was the one who trained Goten and not Gohan being the one to train him.
