Other than Zamasu saga it just frickin stinks. And Zamasu saga has enough problems with its fan fiction premise, execution, and that everyone dies in the end anyway.

SSJ 2 Gohan had a way easier time with him than SPC. If he's stronger than FPC it's not by much.

It may contradict what :troll and the guidebooks said but Tien was clearly a force. Not that he wouldn't lose against Semi Cell in a fight still but he was clearly super saiyan level considering he didn't die instantly from Buu.

FP Cell was slightly below SSJ 2 Tier, so I have him at pretty much the best of the SSJ 1s. Now SPC was pretty much equal to SSJ 2 Gohan until the rage boost.

Even then I think Raditz can destroy all the population centers in about two weeks tops unless they completely want all human technology in tact.
