This list ignores scouter numbers of course. Instead of doing homework, I decided to make this list because why not? This was made off of memory, so there is probably a lot wrong with it. Feel free to leave criticism.

I've seen a few people put Drum on Old Daimao's level, but Tenshinhan managed to land a hit on Drum, while Goku's Kamehameha got tanked with ease. I think Piccolo wins, but what do you think?

I've always wondered about where to place her strength-wise. On one hand, she was able to give Goku much more trouble than Chappa was, but she was also unable to keep up with speed on par with Piccolo Daimao's. Where do you place her?

Now, this is obviously not going to happen in Super, since it is effectively the Goku and Vegeta show (or at this point, probably just the Goku show) but if someone like Tenshinhan were to train with god ki, how powerful do you think they would get?
