Kami or at-least Tenshinhan (who was higher than Piccolo-Daimo) was like an ant to Piccolo Jr.

Additionally, Young Daimao is arguably many times stronger than Old Daimao, who while using less than half power, performed a lot better than someone who is potentially a lot stronger than the opponent Drum faced.

Gotta love Part 1 gaps.

I have no idea tbh. I see Piccolo Jr being wayyyy above Daimao, but I also just can't see him winning with 1%. Maybe like 5

So Drum would end up being almost at 2% of Piccolo Junior (I said almost 3% before). Still, Drum would defeat him without probelms imo. 1% Piccolo Junior would be at 1.5 (still weaker than post 22nd Budokai Tenshinhan and Goku).

Your levels are pretty nice, although I'd widen the gap between Initial and Full Power Daimao. I find him knocking Initial Post Water Goku back with a wave of his hand pretty impressive.
