If it's literally just copies of them in the Universe and no one else, Jiren handles.
If it's one of the actual DB Universes (e.g. 7), then it'd be a matter of trying to finish them without inconveniencing other people. Also, other strong warriors like Goku would be alarmed and get involved very quickly. Whis may need to work his magic for this to get resolved efficiently.

Since there are infinite waves of the Androids, Jiren will become tired eventually and lose.
