(Anime) How do the humans compare to one another?

Anybody have an idea of how Tenshinhan, Roshi, and Krillin compare to one another during the Tournament of Power? I think Krillin was intended to be the best of the three, but I've seen people argue Roshi has that spot.

Krillin and Tenshinhan were treated like thugs in the ToP. Roshi was clearly on a different level.

Promotional material for it treat Kuririn as still being the strongest of the three, though this same promotional stuff also said he'd perform skilful combo attacks with #17 and #18 .

I'd say there's still a case for Kuririn when considering his performance suggested he wasn't too far below his wife who in turn seemed to outperform Base Goku against a few opponents like Tupper, whereas Base Goku was able to easily KO Roshi when he got serious. Tenshinhan is at least fairly below Roshi, if not leagues behind both due to his unimpressive feats.

Not really. All of Roshi's opponents (sans Frost) were pretty trash, Kuririn was equal to an opponent that #18 struggled with.
