If this is suppressed Base Appule, I have him beating Tenshinhan and losing to Piccolo. If Ten can land a Kikoho he might be able to win. Appule can give Piccolo a good fight but wouldn't be skilled enough to win without his Lord form.

I have Appule clearing. If he can make out of Muri’s village unscathed then I think he’s about equal to those Namekian Farmers, and they could probably solo the Z Fighters.

Appule is stated in the Daizenshuu to be weaker than an average Namekian. In the manga, Zarbon tells him to get back to the spaceship if he encounters strong Namekians. He is well below 3k.

Even if Appule could match one Namekian, he’d get beaten pretty badly by two or three. Going by the Daizenshuu though he’s probably not getting past Gohan.

Appule still shouldn't be much more than marginally weaker than an average Namekian seeing as how he took some hits from one during the battle at the village without any noticeable damage. I'd place him no weaker than Gohan's Masenko, meaning he likely clears as long as he doesn't make any mistakes against a skilled opponent like Piccolo.
