How strong would Fused Zamas be if Future Zamas fused with Base Kakarot Black? Would he go far in the ToP?

Yeah but weaker than ToP Blue tier characters since Goku and Vegeta seemed to had obtained resolve boosts throughout their fight with Halo MZ that allowed them to contend with him.

Considering Base Vegetto was stronger than his SSB fusees and Base Zamasu and Black are more or less on the same tier as SS3 Galu (or less than SS2 for Anime Zamasu), they should logically be leagues higher than Base Vegetto. This obviously isn't so due to Merged Zamasu still treating Vegetto as relevant, so maybe the rival boost still makes the difference. At the very least, I'd say he should still be on SSB tier manga-wise and probably comparable to someone such as Berserker Kale anime-wise.
