Batfleck easily. The Nolan batman universe is very grounded in reality, where the new DC universe is the comic universe. Batman V Superman Batman has a clear tech advantage.

That and batfleck doesn't seem conflicted on whether or not to use lethal force, it looks like he WILL use lethal force.

I think Baleman showed some better stealth capabilities. That would aid him leading up to the confrontation, but once they were together, I see Batfleck completely wrecking him. He was a way hetter fighter, and more brutal.
