Marvel team stomps. Spiderman two shots Batman as soon as he's able to catch him, and then he and Logan gang up on Slade.

Slade could do well against Logan. Spidey too if he's holding back like he is when fighting other humans like Kingpin. Assuming he's serious, neither Bats or Slade last even a few seconds.
