I certainly think she's got a great chance against Nolan Batman in a strait fight. Both are good at stealth, though I think Nolan Batman has the advantage. But if they just meet by chance one on one, and if Widow as either guns or her stun batons, she can get to work on Bale Batman.

Dawn of Justice Batman? No way. He took down Superman and two dozen thugs. He would crush her if he even landed a few hits imo.
