Batman from Dawn of Justice vs MCU Captain America. Who takes this?

MCU Captain wins this imo. He's more of a brute, and might try to take on Cap in hand to hand far to early and often. I think a more stealth oriented Batman would do better against Captain America. Plus, while Dawn of Justice Batman is a total beast, he's also got a lot more wear and tear than Steve Rogers does.
