Base Thanos (current) and Frank Miller Batman with the hellbat and 5 years of prep. Who wins?

Current Thanos is much weaker than the badass he used to be, but I'll still side with him.

Frank Miller Batman is easily the worst Batman in every category relevant to the character, and the Hellbat suit BARELY managed to beat Superman under the effect of the Joker toxin.

I think a "Justice League" version of Batman would be needed here. He's much more of a superhero and has some better feats. Frank Miller's Batman is more like Robocop.
