Anyone who could so much as make Namu yelp, even with a surprise attack, has more than enough power to rip a hole in Lunch.

Lunch has no physical feats from what I can recall. She can only win if she has a gun.

Lunch one-shotted a RRA soldier with one punch.

She lifted his muscled arm off of him then punched him and sent the man flying. That's above natural strength. Plus Nam had his guard down. I'd say the fight would be close. Not sure of the winner though

Namu having his guard down doesn't mean much. Goku had his guard down against Giran, yet tanked his sucker punch, and pre-tail Goku < Namu.

Goku's body is naturally resilient of course he can shrug something like that off.

Trunks sent Boo with a kick. Does that mean he's anywhere near him?

Boo's body usually lets any attacks he faces do something to him due to overconfidence in regeneration, such as letting bullets phase him. Also, it's a far different case. Trunks sped in to kick Boo from a blind spot, whereas Giran hit Goku at melee range when Goku could clearly see his attack. Same with Namu and Ranfan.

Tbh, I think letting your guard down at a tournament when you are already in mid-fight is different than having your complete concentration on someone else then having someone from the sidelines randomly fly in and kick you from your blind spot.

Yeah, just looked back on the fight and Goku did complain about the pain slightly, though his pain was still far less than what Namu showed against Ranfan, as he was clutching at his chest after taking her punch.
