1) Bruce Wayne for me. Both men ar fairly equal overall. Stark is slightly more scientific, while Wayne is the detective. I favor the detective in a battle.

2) Stark. They both have access to pretty advanced stuff, but Stark uses it on a more routine basis.

4)Who's richer...man. I would say Stark as he deals with modern warfare, but Wayne does a lot of trading with Lexcorp so he has the ability to expand his assets. Still, I'll take Stark.
