Can Boo saga SSJ Goku defeat Full Power Perfect Cell?

So we know that Cell Games SSJ Gokunuadn't even the power to deal with a suppressed Perfect Cell and this latter was considerably holding back his power and speed so he could have an e tertaining match against Goku.

But what about Boo saga SSJ Goku? We know he has gotten considerably stronger and has also surpassed Kid Gohan. So, how would he fare against a full power Perfect Cell? He should be able to deal with the suppressed Perfect Cell who fought him without problems though.

I think Cell is closer to Super Saiyan 2 than Super Saiyan. He's probably around 60% of Super Saiyan 2 Rage Boosted Kid Gohan. Which is a respectable power 7 years later. Hell, Majin Vegeta and Goku don't seem to surpass Gohan by all that much. I'd consider Kid Gohan's power at the Cell Game as an upper tier Super Saiyan 2 power and Perfect Cell as probably the lowest tier Super Saiyan 2 power.

Majin Vegeta/Goku > Kid Gohan (Rage Boosted) > Vegeta > Gohan/Dabura ~ Cell

Nah, he'd still need to go Super-Saiyan 2. Goku just surpassed Gohan and the Cell-Games everything basically showed that they needed to surpass Super-Saiyan in-order to defeat Cell.

Cell is only very high Super-Saiyan tier though.

I think Super Saiyan Goku Buu Saga is a hell of a lot more powerful than Super Saiyan Kid Gohan. Vegeta is near Kid Gohan's Super Saiyan level imo.

He definitely can't. The training to be a Mastered Super Saiyan undoubtedly closes the door towards Grade 2.

I think Super Saiyan Goku Buu Saga is a hell of a lot more powerful than Super Saiyan Kid Gohan. Vegeta is near Kid Gohan's Super Saiyan level imo.

I mean there doesn't seem to be that large a difference between SSJ2 goku and cell games SSJ2 gohan. Even with a non-fixed multiplier it seems goku couldn't be that stronger than cell games gohan in the buu saga.

You misread what I said. I know that there isn't much difference between Super Saiyan 2 Goku and Super Saiyan 2 Kid Gohan. I was talking about their Super Saiyan forms. I think Super Saiyan Goku (Buu Saga) easily whoops Super Saiyan Kid Gohan. But I think Super Saiyan 2 Goku has to really battle to beat Super Saiyan 2 Kid Gohan...

I don't know about way above. The Cell that is fighting Goku should be hitting quite a large portion of his power. He shouldn't be just nothing. Unless you think Cell powered up 3 fold. Which seems ridiculous. Cell's power up was indeed implied to be quite massive though.

Its waaay greater an increase than the suppressed Semi Cell to FP Semi Cell power up. And that itself should be at least a 75 to 100 power up.

Sure is. I don't think Semi Cell's power up is all that big. 80-100 should do it. That power up doesn't even have a lot of hoopla behind it. Vegeta's power up on his first trip to Earth seemed more dramatic. Cell doubling his power should be enough or somewhere around there.

A 50 or 55 to 100 power up is fine. A 3x power up would be ok but you'd have to have SSJ2 Gohan 5x MSSJ Gohan.

Vegeta's power when he kills Nappa is pretty big. Bigger than 70 to 100 I'd say.

Yea. Super Saiyan 2 doesn't have to be all that massive of a boost. A 3x boost with an added rage boost is more than enough to get the job done comfortably.

I'm talking about Vegeta powering up against Goku.
