Goku and Gohan - Above #18 and likely #17 at the very least via scaling from Goten and Trunks. Still fodder to #16 though.
Vegeta and Trunks - At most rivalling Future #17/18 or at the very least above Pre-Rosat SSJ Trunks, given Trunks was able to catch Future Cell off-guard, despite the latter gloating about Trunks being no match for the twins.

They can be anywhere from equal to their Namek Saga selves to higher than Semi Cell.

Goku and Gohan - Above 17 and 18, but still weaker than 16.
Vegeta and Trunks - Slightly below their pre ROSAT SSJ selves.

The truth I have a tremendous difference between the SSJ (CG) on the Androids, guiding us by the following chain:
Gohan MSSJ (CG) >> Goku MSSJ (CG) >> Vegeta SSJ (CG)> Future Trunks SSJ (CG)> Goku MSSJ (50%)> = Buff Perfect Cell (Demonstration)> Future Trunks USSJ (Strength)> / >> Perfect Cell (Initial) >>>>>> Vegeta ASSJ> Future Trunks ASSJ >> Cell Semi Perfect (FP) >> Cell Semi Perfect (Initial) >>>>> Android # 16 >>>>>> Android # 17> Android # 18.
Therefore, I have Vegeta and Future Trunks Base (CG) much stronger than Androids # 17 and # 18. Still very inferior to Android # 16. This last one I have it at the level of Goku Base (CG). I have Gohan Base (CG) between Android # 16 and Cell Semi Perfect (Initial).
I think Future Trunks became SSJ to get to the place where the Androids were as soon as possible and I just wanted to kill them once and for all.
Goten and Trunks were absolutely uncomfortable with the suit, so they could not fight or close with all their power against Android # 18.
The only thing that is, is that Future Trunks Base (Vs Future Cell), must be inferior to Cell Imperfecto (Post Human) and Android # 16. Do not forget that this Future Trunks has been training for 3 years since I finish with the Androids of the Future, therefore it must be at least more powerful than Vegeta (CG) in its equal forms.
