1. Full Power Perfect Cell
2. SSJ2 Teen Gohan
3. SSJ2 Majin Vegeta
4. Fat Boo
5. SSJ Gotenks pre

Imo, it stops at 4.

If Kids who are barely stronger than Cell jrs then they should be at Gotenks league which mean their fusion will beat Boo.

It sure stops at 5, since the kids SSJ are probably stronger than the mini Cells. Not sure about fat Boo.
