Chi-Chi takes this. I'd say they're the same power level but Daimao seems like the type to rely on brute force and wasn't especially skilled while Chi-Chi was at least acknowledge as stupidly skilled AND powerful by Muten Roshi himself.

The only way Daimao can win is if he resorts to cheap tactics like he did with Goku but I don't think Chi-Chi would be fooled like Kid Goku.

I'd give the win to Old Pikkoro Daimao, personally. I think Chichi's strong, but not that strong.
