Anyways, I'd say Chi-Chi easily takes this (maybe even one-shot). Serious or not her showings versus Goku are much more impressive than anything Chappa ever did. Even the way Goku defeated her with that shockwave move was more impressive than the sams Goku defeating Chappa just by lightly tapping his neck.

Chi-Chi stomps. Goku actually had to block and exert effort to fend off Chi-Chi. The attack he used to defeat her is also implied to be much more powerful than a simple tap.

Not sure, there is not too much to go off of since Goku was holding back against her. I think she could at least probably beat Drum though.

Manga-wise, there isn't much to go with on Chichi beyond Roshi saying she's quite the master (which is a fairly vague strength quote), with her making Goku sweat being contradictive evidence due to Tenshinhan not being capable of the same feat. I'd probably place her no higher than Initial Old Daimao's level at the very most, since it didn't seem as though Tenshinhan lost track of Goku and Daimao's battle, whereas she couldn't see an equally fast version of Goku and Tenshinhan fighting, and there's a fair extent to how much it can be defended by Tenshinhan's 3rd eye giving him good reactions.

Anime-wise though, she may be able to beat even FP Young Daimao, given that Piccolo was expecting to see Goku's full power against her, despite knowing he'd be stronger than 3 years ago.

I have her at 66% of Weighted Goku. She was equal to him when he was unfocused
(yuuki loss) and got one shotted when Goku focused. That makes her stronger than
Old Piccolo and weaker than Young Piccolo.
