I'll start this off nice and sweet like a standard hardcore porno these days. Kale, or Female Broly, or Brale, is NOT stronger than Super Saiyan Blue Goku—at least not from what I witnessed. Let me lay it out for you cucks.
What does Goku do when Kale first turns into her Berseker Mode? He gets all giddy. He doesn't quake in fear or consider transforming further. What does Goku do when Kale confronts him? He remains in Super Saiyan 2 and fights. What's to say Kale is using her full power to harm Goku? The fact that she audibly says she's going to kill him, and the fact that she doesn't appear to have much control over herself, to the point where she could kill Caulifla, her own sister that she cares almost too much for. Her toying with Goku would contradict the very nature of the form in the first place, and her intent. What happens when Kale and Goku do fight? Goku dodges and blocks most of her attacks up until she begins to overwhelm him before he goes Blue. When she's tossing him back and forth like a rag doll, he isn't hurt or struggling to escape from her; he's taking the beating as if it's merely an inconvenience for him. His attacks don't harm or even budge her, but none of her attacks inflict any damage on him either.
Getting to Blue, Goku specifically says he's going to let out more power – not that he's going to use full power or go all-out. His Kamehameha is tanked in a near mirror image of the Movie 8 scene, but it's really not all that impressive when you consider there's no indication it was 100% effort and Goku's firing it while in Blue, something he also did against Krillin. He's not showing any signs of struggle in her grasp following that, and the scene only lasts a few moments to begin with, giving us no real grounds to say she had him in some inescapable vice that because she was so much stronger than him. The only time he shows any sign of pain is after their fight, when he's coming out of the rubble and saying "ow" repeatedly.
So what exactly is it that solidifies her as a contender for Super Saiyan Blue? Is it the mere fact that Goku opted to use the form against her? Because if the tournament buildup taught me anything, it's that Super Saiyan Blue isn't the best indicator of where an opponent stands, and without confirmation of her power from a corroborating source or out-of-universe source, I have no reason to believe Goku was utilizing all of his power against her. The problem with arguing that Kale is Blue tier is that it makes Blue look like a small boost considering how SSJ2 Goku wasn't outright mauled by her in her rage. And if Kale was certainly Blue tier to begin with, then Goku deciding to stay in an inferior form rather than going to Blue right away is yet another idiotic decision. It just doesn't add up to me.
