Not just that, but along with Soresu being a natural counter to Anakin's style, the battle on the Invisible Hand clearly showed that Anakin > Dooku > Obi-Wan.
As for this battle, it depends at which point of turning to the Dark Side Vader was. If during the invasion on the Jedi Temple he may win, especially when taking into account that Windu acknowledged Anakin as stronger than himself in the novelisation. If Vader's mindset's the same as on Mustafar though, he loses.

That's true, though Sidious implied in his conversation with Grievous that Anakin was already overall superior to Dooku before becoming Vader, stating his new apprentice would be "more powerful". The context of it also seemed to suggest he was talking more about the current time than Anakin's potential growth.
