A lot of these fan works are rendered invalid by the more mainstream, canon franchise taking and repurposing the stories of multiverse and AF. No one who's become a fan since the series relaunched with BoG is going to spend much time or money outside the approved TOEI works because everything they see will look like a retread or Super, instead of the other way around.

Basically TOEI is the Catholic Church and AF/Multiverse are the pagans.
