That would work. Err.. I am struggling to put my thoughts into words for this.... number might work better for me right now.
SSB Goku/Vegeta - 1000
Hit FP - 500 (600 was as high as I would go)
SSG Goku - 500
Hit (suppression 1) - 100
Less than 10% Vegeta - 80-90
SS 3 Goku - ??
SS 2 Goku - ??
Hit (suppression 3) - 10-11
SS Goku - 10
Hit (suppression 2) - 2
Goku - 1
Hit being able to dodge most of Blue Goku's Kamehameha kind of makes me feel like Blue isn't a huge boost over Super Saiyan God. He's damaged a bit, he doesn't look thrilled after it but it didn't seem like he was ready to quit either. ;idk I'm second guessing a lot of my own beliefs each time I read it.
Do you think Super Saiyan 2 Goku and Super Saiyan 3 Goku would be weaker than ~10% Blue Vegeta? I'm not sure, but I tried the numbers out like that though. Sorry, I'm rambling now.
