Did Vegeta get stronger at the time he was learning the techniques at Yadart?

We know that in the beginning, he trained by finding the balance of his mind and body, which made him tremendously strong. He then faced Yuzun and dedicated himself to learning the Pibala techniques.

After Vegeta defeated Yuzun, did he get stronger at some point before returning to Earth?

Yes he did, which explains why Yardrat Goku is so much stronger than Namek Goku despite Goku not doing much training other than IT training.

If Goku can get stronger by learning Mafuba, then Vegeta can get stronger by learning Spirit Fission. I think it’s clear the meditation was the main reason behind his power up though.

I think you’re confusing things. Goku also meditated a lot on Yardrat, and that’s probably where the bulk of his new power comes from.

He was thinking about the possibility that Vegeta released his full power while meditating. When Vegeta learned the Spirit Fission he learned to control his unlocked power well.

Vegeta Base was several tens of times more than Monster Yuzun, but since he had just unlocked that tremendous power, he decided to fight carefully so as not to destroy the Yadart Cities.

Learning IT required proper balancing of one's ki, so Vegeta's power increased immensely because of the better balancing. So Goku, to a much lesser degree, also improved in power due to this same reasoning.

When was it suggested that Goku became more powerful from learning the Mafuba?

Goku was strengthened by receiving energy from Vegeta and the Z Fighters at the end of his fight against Planet Moro?

At the end of the Arc Moro, Vegeta vastly outnumbered Goku in even ways, but it's likely that after SSJBE Vegeta transfers him to PSSJB Goku, it would make sense for Goku to match Vegeta in even ways.

What do you think?

His initial training was to hone his spirit and raise it to the level where his physical energy was at but he still has to be able to apply that spirit control properly to learn Spirit Fission. This likely boosted his battle power given that this also happens to Granolah where he learns to control his power against UE Vegeta and managed to overpower him. Vegeta also grew significantly stronger just through his Hakai training with Beerus so in all likelihood, honing your ki control and learning new techniques bolsters your power.

Him doing way better than Vegeta vs Merged Zamasu before fusion despite already being fatigued.
Always thought him spamming Blue in that fight despite already saying his body couldn't withstand it had something to do with him mastering it out of nowhere 2 chapters later
