DIO (Joseph's blood) vs. Diavolo vs. Pucci (Made in Heaven)

The battle takes place in the ghost alley in Morioh. The combatants know nothing about each other's abilities, but they do know about the rules of the alley. The combatants are all 5m away from each other, with Diavolo being in the middle. Each character will have the same mindset as they do in the series.

Which time-manipulating character will take the victory?

Diavlo makes things pretty difficult to decide, since he can erase more time than Dio can stop. However, I imagine Made in Heaven would throw his calculations of time erasure off somewhat and cause him to lose. After that, seeing as how you said same mindset as in canon, Pucci forfeits due to his love for Dio.
