Do #19/20 have to be stronger than Freeza?

Is there really any definitive proof that they are stronger than Freeza? Vegeta called them trash and said they weren't as terrible as the rumors. Piccolo also questioned their lack of power believing that either him and the Super Saiyans became too powerful or they just weren't anywhere near as powerful as expected.

Maybe the others thought it was plausible for them to defeat SSJ Trunks due to their ki absorption abilities causing them to eventually surpass Freeza and a Super Saiyan in the long run but they don't have to start out that powerful.

Depends on how you view Nineteen/SSJ Vegeta gap. If you think Vegeta lost most of
his power by firing Big Bang Attack, the gap doesn't have to be manyfold. Otherwise,
19/20 might as well be weaker than Freeza.

Yeah, but 19 drained him almost dry so he started out without too much stamina when he fired the BBA which was why he lost so much power after it. If anything, the fact 19 had drained such a large amount of ki from Vegeta but yet there was still a significent power gap between them shows that at full power SSJ Vegeta probably would have blown 19 up by breathing on him if he decided to kill him right away instead of toying.

Pre they don't need to be. All they did was be ragdolled by a sick Goku. I still have them above Freeza, though.

Post absorbitons they definitely are. 19 made Vegeta bleed, a feat i doubt Freeza could manage and although Vegeta said he wasn't on the level he expected (Capable of stomping Trunks) he didn't consider him a joke or suspected he's facing the wrong Android.
#20 pre is implied to be even stronger than #19 post, and Piccolo even thought he grew too strong for the androids when he defeated #20, implying Gero was on the ballpark of what the Z Fighters expected for the Androids.

#19 only survived because he's an Android and is more durable, he shouldn't even be 1st form Freeza level

Durability=180 million

Gero expected Goku to be at his peak on the Saiyan Arc (32k) but he made the Androids prepared for the worst. Goku's limit was shown to be 90k on the Arc, so he and 19 are likely Ginyu level. 17 and 18 can't be that strong so they are between Ginyu and 530k Freeza. All in all 50% Freeza >>> Semi Cell fits like a glove.

Yeah it seems weird to me how logically Freeza should be complete fodder yet in every later arc Freeza is treated as a big deal. Kami being surprised how someone stronger than Freeza (Trunks) can be defeated by the Cyborgs so easily, Kuririn asking Goku if he stands a chance against Cell, an enemy stronger than Freeza despite him supposedly already being much stronger than Freeza, Shin boosting about how a Kaioshin can one-shot despite having power that apparently frightens Piccolo (who is many times stronger than Freeza), Beerus stating Base Goku is weaker than Freeza despite displaying feats that put him above the Cyborgs, etc.

Do you see 100% Freeza surviving and getting up after all those barrages of blows that #19 pre took from even SSJ Yardrat Goku?

Freeza is pretty much fodder to every notable character in the Android saga IMO.

#19 pre absorbtions is at least as strong as SSJ Future Trunks during the Mecha Arc IMO..AT LEAST.

yes I know a weakened base Goku survived hits from 50% Freeza, or Mr Satan survived hits from Warm Up Cell and Kid Buu.

That's not the point. Would Goku be pulling his punches vs #19? I do not think he would be...therefore #19's defensive and surving feats are important here.

That same #19 drew blood from Vegeta and knocked him off balance. You see 100% Freeza doing that? I sure don't


"the rumors" are vague aside from they are supposed to be way stronger at minimum than SSJ Future TRunks [Mecha arc] and are supposed to kill everyone in the future.
