Do we have any idea of the power rankings for the Angels?

Besides the implication of Vados being slightly stronger than Whis, do we have any idea if any Angels are stronger than Vados or weaker than Whis?

Given Toriyama's like for U7, seeing as Beerus is either the strongest or second strongest God of Destruction, I would say Whis is right up there as one of the top Angels. Him and Vados are probably #2 and #1, respectively. I doubt there is a steep decline in quality with the other Angels, though, like there conceivably is for the Gods of Destruction.

Yeah, I imagine that all of the Angels are incredibly close in power with some slight advantages here or there. Vados is my favorite, so for now I'll assume she and Whis are among the stronger ones (if there even are any gaps between all of them).

They're all probably relatively close to each other given how close we see the GoDs are. We do know there are differences between their powers as pointed out by Vados when she talks to Whis.

Same as what Pyro and Paladin pointed out. There's differences between each Angel, but not greatly so, and Whis and Vados are likely the strongest given how Beerus is treat. I could go with there being some that are stronger though, given Beerus > Champa and possibly Vados > Whis creates a balance of sort. With that in mind, perhaps some of the weaker Hakaishin like Sidra and Iwan will end up having some of the strongest Angels as their counterparts.

But Vados was stronger than Whis and that was only thousand years ago, not sure about their current powers though.
