Instead of doing homework, I decided to make this list because why not? This was made off of memory, so there is probably a lot wrong with it. Feel free to leave criticism.

Why Kuririn got stronger? There was no indication that he increased his powers, only that Goku did.

Besides this, the gap between General Blue and Goku (60) seems a bit too much. Goku was clearly putting effort into his attacks, it was not like Goku (60k) vs Ginyus. I'd say a 1.25x gap is more than enough.

Wow, Goku got 6x times stronger after training with Karin? I don't think there's need for too much. I generally have Goku getting a 3x boost and that's more than enough imo. There's a way to figure how much of a boost Goku got by training with Karin. It's just you analyze Uranai Baba's saga. Mummy was probably a bit stronger than 21st Budokai Goku. Him being at Goku's (vs Blue) level sounds pretty good. So you have to estimate the gap between Goku (full power) and Mummy.

We know Goku, not going all-out, one-shotted Mummy, not to mention taking all of his attacks head on. It requires at least a 1.5x gap. Akkuman was still confident in defeating Goku, though he seemed to respect his power. Putting Akkuman at Goku's initial level against Mummy seems fair enough. Even so, Son Goku was able to speed blitz and one-shot Akkuman when he got serious. So, Goku (post Karin) can one-shot a foe that can one-shot his pre Karin self. Putting it in numbers:

Son Goku (vs Blue) : 10
Mummy : 10
Son Goku (initial, vs Mummy) : 15
Akkuman : 16
Son Goku (vs Akkuman) : 19
Son Goku (all out) : 25

Tao Pai Pai - 300

I think a 1.2x gap between Goku and Tao Pai Pai is a bit too much, considering Tao Pai Pai could fight Goku fairly well. Goku was clearly using effort in his fight, struggling a bit to block Tao Pai Pai's hits. Tao Pai Pai was clearly severely outclassed in strength and speed, but was still in the game. 1.2x is Vegeta vs Dodoria type of gap. I think Goku vs Tao Pai Pai looks more like Vegeta vs handsome Zarbon.

Why is Goku (vs Akkuman) equal to Akkuman? Goku was clearly winning the fight, so much that Akkuman had to resort to his special technique and his weapon.

Kame sennin said Goku's full match level might have surpassed him, and he was most likely factoring his unseen full power.

Chapa-o - 4500

I don't think Chapa-o surpassed Goku in the 22nd Budokai. I think he only acquired power surpassing the Goku who fought him, but it's fine.

(Unweighted; Initial) - 400,000

Why is unweighted Goku (initial) that stronger than Tenshinhan? Sure, he was way stronger, Tenshinhan could not even see him, but I don't see nothing indicating such massive gap. Besides this, Tenshinhan said he knew the power Goku used against him was nothing compared to his full power. Kami-sama and Piccolo Junior (initial) are even stronger than Goku's full power (Tenshinhan's estimations), since:

Tenshinhan, when watching Kami in Shen's body fighting Piccolo Junior said their battle level is inconceivable.

Context: as Shen and Piccolo fight
Kame-sennin: “Th…they’re too strong…”
Bulma: “H…how can these two exist…?”
Yamcha: “Da…dammit…So that’s why we couldn’t win.”
Tenshinhan: “There’s no helping it…They far surpass any level ordinarily conceivable.”


Considering he had just conceived Goku to be far stronger than his unweighted power he showed against him, this means Kami and Piccolo Junior fighting one against the other are far stronger than a level that far surpassed unweighted Goku vs Tenshinhan.


Tenshinhan also says after the battle

Chapter: 182, P8.4-5
Kuririn: “What’s going to happen…?! He’s abnormally strong…Even God lost to him…!”
Tenshinhan:“That’s true…Frankly, even if we all ganged up on him, we’d still be no match.”

So after the fight between kami and weighted Piccolo Junior is over Tenshinhan admits that even if everyone gangs up of Piccolo Junior they'd all be no match. Confirming that the level Kami and Piccolo Junior fought at was far above even the level Tenshinhan figured Goku true ability was. So, we have:

Overall, pretty good list.

I decided to let Kuririn and Yamcha get stronger to decrease the gaps between Kuririn, Blue, and Goku. I could probably fix it by making 21st Budokai Kuririn stronger.

I took many times stronger a little too literally. I agree that three to four times would probably work better.

Forgot that Akkuman resorted to his weapon, I thought the battle was even before that for some reason.

I remember seeing that analysis of the 23rd Budokai, it is very good. I'll decrease the gap between Tenshinhan and Initial Unweighted Goku.

Tsuru-sennin: “H-he’s outrageous…He just might be good enough to have defeated Tao Pai Pai…”
Kame-sennin: “Goku gets bigger and bigger each time I see him…I get the feeling that my position’s already vanished…”


He did not flat out stated that he was surpassed, but the "I get the feeling that my position's already vanished" means he might have been surpassed in my opinion.

Tenshinhan also backs this up by stating that he didn't expect to fight such strong opponent, before Goku even used his true power IIRC.
