East Kaioshin vs. SSJ Vegeta (Cell Saga)

Taking Piccolo's word about him being way stronger to heart I'd say he's definitely stronger than Initial Perfect Cell but probably still won't hang well during the Cell Games.

We know Vegeta and his father did not have a good relationship leading to Vegeta becoming a borderline-psychotic little manlet who was angry at the world but what about Freeza and King Cold?

I know it's suggested King Cold would hit him but judging by Freeza's status in the Northern Galaxy and his general attitude, he was obviously spoiled and if we include the Cooler movies he was the favorite child despite being weaker. Freeza even got his father involved with invading Earth looking for Goku.

Do you think there was love between them?

Kaioshin was stated to be way stronger than Piccolo, who was already fairly close to Vegeta in the Cell Games. Plus, he was able to paralyze SSJ2 Gohan, though that could be due to the latter being off guard.

Said that, Kaioshin wins without problems.

I'm not sure why but I seem to recall Supreme Kai saying that he was like 10 times stronger than Frieza, was that from the dub or am I just misremembering XD

It was 1,000x, which only makes him 120,000,000,000 if you use the guidebook number. That's Super Saiyan 2 tier to me.
