vegeta did use USSJ2 against semi perfect cell only the former was faster than the bio-android

I mean you have Piccolo (Fused with Kamisama / FP) when fighting Android #17, more powerful than Goku MSSJ (50%) and clearly that's not the case.

Vegeta ASSJ did not lose speed, while Future Trunks USSJ did lose speed.

Goku MSSJ (50%) must be at least more powerful than Vegeta ASSJ, considering that Vegeta felt completely outmatched by Goku, after feeling Goku's power, when the latter showed his power to Karin.

Also, Vegeta says Goku is stronger than him after he senses 50% Goku.

half of 880,000,000 for mssj goku is pretty huge compared to vegeta regular ssj power of 270,000,000
