Still, Pikkon (Weighted) is more powerful than Olibu.
It should also be added that Krillin and Yamcha manage to surpass Olibu and Pikkon in the Anime, in the Otherworld Filler.

Didn't pikkon defeat cell effortlessly so your saying krillin and yamcha are stronger than cell?

Paikuhan only defeated Cell because he used Burning Shoot. He doesn’t show power up to SSJ2 level again until he fights Goku.
But yeah, anime filler does show Kuririn beating Paikuhan. Kai cuts it, but he and Kuririn are still the only ones standing are Kid Boo attacks Heaven. A producer of DBS did say Toriyama said the humans are weaker than Goten and Trunks though. I don’t think the Afterlife filler is canon because we see in DBS that the villains don’t get to roam free in Hell.

the afterlife filler is still a part of DB universe despite it being non-canon like dragon ball heroes goku on there experienced the DBZ movies all 19 of them including the filters so there's a timeline in which the anime filter of the otherworld does exist
If the humans are weaker than goten and trunks then that says it all
