Fat Boo (SSJ2 Majin Vegeta absorbed) vs. SSJ Pre Rosat Gotenks

SSJ2 Goku/Vegeta: 25
SSJ3 Goku: 100
Fat Boo: 92
Fat Boogeta: 117
It comes down to how far ahead of SSJ3 Goku SSJ Gotenks pre is. Considering Piccolo didn't question his ki, I'd say that puts him at least a little outside of rivaling range. Gotenks would be 125 on my list, probably not a large enough lead to beat Boo. He's too inexperienced.

I don't think Gotenks has a shot here either. A dumbass like Gotenks needs a big lead to win, specially against someone like Boo.

Fat Boo would end up exactly as strong as SSjin 3 Goku which is the same level of SSjin Gotenks (Pre). Even if Gotenks has the slight power advantage, he is an idiot and would not be able to overcome Boo's Regeneration unless he pulls off an amplified ki blast.

Is doubtful and up to interpretation to think that Pre Rosat SSJ Gotenks can even defeat Fat Buu. Heck, I even doubt that he can even defeat Good Buu.
Even while having a weakling (in relation to him) like SSJ2 Majin Vegeta absorbed would get him the win. This is without counting Gotenks' poor behaviour in fighting and as well as Vegeta's experience in combat, this Gotenks doesn't even have the Ghost Kamikaze... Buu can basically explode himself and it'd be game over for Gotenks, using the Chocolate beam, or well, torture him to death.

Buu wins. He isnt much weaker than Ssj3 goku and giving him Ssj2 vegeta pretty much guarantes a win here
