Clonetrooper wins with mild difficulty. More accurate, stronger, better reflexes. They also use superior training via programming and conditioning. Stormtroopers stand little chance against the superior specimen.

Yeah, First Order Stormtroopers may be far better trained than their Galactic Empire variants, but are still little match for a Clone, unless it's one of the defective ones like pre-Graduation Domino Squad. For one, Clones have better training and genes than most regular troopers. Even if it comes down to melee combat and the Stormtrooper is using a riot control baton, the Clone could most likely disarm him, given clones like Rex have taken down Battle Droids in melee combat before.
