I'll use the ending of Ghost Rider as a point of reference here. But if Freddy still has any semblance of a soul, Johnny Blaze can wipe him out. If not, then it's just two undead mofos trying to kill each other. Although, even if Freddy can't die here, I see Ghost Rider smashing him over and over for all eternity.
