I'm talking about when he turned into a SSjin for the first time against Freeza. Does his stamina restored as well?

Yeah, it would seem that way. He was on death’s doorstep prior to transforming, and he wielded a power that could almost stomp 100% Freeza.. Based on some easy math we can tell Goku had to be back at full power.

Kaioken x20 Goku: 60
SSJ Goku: 150

Goku near death: 1
SSJ: 50 ?

50% Freeza: 70
100%: 140

I don’t go by those numbers but that is simply to lay it out. If Goku was not restored to full power his SSJ transformation would have been weaker than 50% Freeza..

Yes. He went from being unable to walk by himself to flying and shooting blasts.

The idea that Super Saiyan has stamina issues is a myth. Goku even tells Gohan it’s a well balanced power up.
Goku: “I can’t win like this…Probably not…[ ] With my muscles swelled up like this, my power greatly increases, but it kills my speed. Huge power doesn’t mean anything if I can’t hit my opponent…And it uses up energy at too intense a rate. Balance-wise, regular Super Saiyan is best. I know that well enough…

Balanced compared to forms that only focus on power.

And one of said forms barely had said stamina issues. It's also balanced enough to literally heal Goku's energy.

It's also balanced enough that we literally never see any stamina issues sans when Goku was having a heart attack.

Ok, you're 100% correct. This was just a test.
