And Goku can use his Kaio-Ken, but he's stuck at a 5% success rate (Where a failure = insta loss because of how it messes up his body), like he said in the anime.

Considering how well he managed Kaioken x10, I'd find no doubt in him being able to handle regular Kaioken on top of SSB. The only thing that may prevent this is if we were to speculate that Goku's success came from his training within the Rosat, though I'd say that's far too big an assumption to take into account.

Current ssjb Goku should take this. If it's RoF Goku, idk. His ssjb form is less trained here to handle kaio-ken so to speak. He wins with moderate difficuly if he fight smart in this one. lol
