Grade 3 Trunks vs. Semi Perfect Cell

I think Trunks can beat Cell even with that speed IMO.

^Agree. Perfect Cell was somewhat impressed by Trunks performance. I don't think he would be impressed if Trunks was slower than his previous self. Lol

Trunks can at least keep up with Perfect Cell's initial power level (movement-wise). 2nd Stage Cell wouldn't be able to inflict any damage whatsoever due to Trunks' massive power advantage. All Trunks would have to do is wait for an opening and hit him with a semi-powered blast, and it's done.

The transformation is shown to be more useless than either of the grades before it, implying it wouldn't even get the job done that normal SSJ would imo. I mean I guess Trunks could try using some explosive wave style attack similar to Piccolo in the 23rd, but since the form is draining as well as slow I'd be inclined to say Semi wins 6 times out of 10.

All he needs to do is use an explosive wave and Cell will die.
