Didn't Krillin get pwnt by a bullet from a nameless thug in the TOP arc? If he got pwnt by Hachimaru, I'd say Hachimaru is above bullet tier

It's probably just bad writing. Goku also got a small scratch from a bullet, and Kuririn himself got injured from being shot in that anime Filler arc.

Why do you think Hachimaru is bullet level? Kuririn’s gun didn’t damage Hachimaru, it was just pushed aside.

Looking at the manga, Hachimaru was knocked out for a couple pages. Very unimpressive. Reminds me of Kid Goku being hurt with General White’s gun. But Hachimaru > Kuririn >>>> Kid Goku…

Post FT arc Goku was scratched by a bullet, and a bullet knocked Black out of his seat. Bullets are just powerful in Super.
