In DBS Chapter 90 of the Anime, it seemed that Gohan was transforming into Ultimate the moment Goku had transformed into SSJ2.
That version of Gohan was at the level of Goku SSJ2, until Gohan began to fight more seriously and began to surpass Goku SSJ2.
Finally Gohan uses all his power and forces Goku to transform into SSJB. They were on the same level, until Goku transforms into SSJB Kaioken, easily defeating Gohan.
I thought Gohan Base = Goku Base.
Gohan then fought in Ultimate (Suppressed) state and matched Goku SSJ2.
Until Gohan used all his Ultimate power and equaled Goku SSJB.
I remember many of you saying that Gohan Base was on the level of Goku SSJ2. Does that mean that Gohan was in Base state during his entire fight against Goku, until Gohan used his Ultimate state only at the end of his fight and against Goku SSJB?
