How strong is Boo arc Tenshinhan?

Context: Boo talks to Goku after knocking out Tenshinhan
Boo: “…That guy just now was apparently quite a master, but he was reduced to that state in just 1 one kick...”

Gotenks-Boo considers him quite a master and used his feat of knocking out Tenshinhan to intimidate Goku, who he knows has SSjin 3. It's also implied he could've deflected Bootenks' planet buster blast but backed down out of respect:

Context: as Boo is about to blow up the planet
Tenshinhan: “Da…damn it…! Our di-dimensions are too different…! I can’t be of any use…!”

Gohan didn't even attempt to fight back against it, so we can at least conclude: Tenshinhan > Ultimate Gohan > Krillan

Instead of asking about bringing Gohan and Gotenks to fight Boo, Goku should've suggested Tien.

Had Tien not been knocked out, Gotien would've bodied Boo. The rival boost would've been magnificent.

Also, mind that Buutenks did not say 'I even beat Gohan'. Him bringing up Tenshinhan instead of Gohan as an example to discourage Goku is a clear proof that Ten is the top dog at this point. Also, notice that, when Vegetto first shows up, Buuhan, who already knew about fusion boosts (Gotenks), seemed to think little of Vegetto, as opposed to Tien, whom he had called a master. It is obvious that Buuhan was just unaware of potara boost and thought that was just a regular fusion. In other words: Expected SSJ3 Vegetto= SSJ3 Hypothetical Gogeta < Tenshinhan
