How strong is Vista?

Is he strong enough to give Mihawk a good fight? Or was Mihawk not going all out on him?

I'd be more inclined to assume Mihawk wasn't going all out, since whilst he was fighting, his mind was mainly focused on Luffy's charisma. Mihawk should be on the same level as the Admirals at least and close to the Yonko at most, whereas Marco, who should be above Vista, seems to be below the Admirals slightly.

Vista can probably put up a good fight against a serious Mihawk for a short amount of time, but would be unable to get the better of him even once.
