I think 250k (or 270k) works fine. But I have a few nitpicks.

• Vegeta expected Gohan and Krillin to be of help against a transformed Freeza so I'd raise them a bit.

• Personally, I'd have a slightly larger gap between Piccolo and Vegeta at Trunks' arrival.

I think True Form Initial Freeza should be superior to Vegeta. Perhaps by the same amount he was during their first scuffle.

Vegeta looks shocked, overwhelmed and is dreading his encounter with Freeza. He's clearly caught up, but he's not very confident. The confidence comes from his belief in being a Super Saiyan and that the Super Saiyan beats all.

Good list... So do you have Goku base ( Vs Freeza ) > Vegeta base ( Trunks Saga ) ? hmm... Like Mike said, I think you should increase a little the gap between Piccolo and Vegeta during Trunks saga. I generally have Piccolo at 93% of Vegeta, that is, enough to put up a fight but still lose.

About Vegeta, it has to do with Ginyu thinking that stealing Vegeta's body will turn the tables against Gohan and Krillin. If I remember correctly, Goku seems to agree or is at least pretty concerned. He also thinks that he's approaching Super Saiyan, but that'd be an odd conclusion to come to if he was only 50k or so. Plus, Vegeta increasing his strength like ten times after taking a nap for whatever reason is uncalled for. I'd rather believe that he'd already gotten power that was < 1st form Freeza and that he was suppressed against Jeice. 270k is just a random number I chose for that moment, it just needs to be >> 180k imo. Even if I ignored the implications of Ginyu in Vegeta's body > Gohan + Krillin, I'd still say that Vegeta is really >>> 50k and that he was just hiding his reserves.
