I always keep hearing things about how she does stuff like trick/force Goku into marriage, ruins people's lives and potential (even suggesting their lives would be better without her), she's abusive, or how she's a nagging b*** who's no good... and so on. There are even people who were angry at her for not allowing Gohan to go to Namek to revive Piccolo even though he was kidnapped by Satan for a whole year and wants to go away for 2 more months to revive said kidnapper (this was her concern plain and clear so don't twist things).
I've gotten sick of hearing that stuff however, modern stuff seems to seriously push the idea she's nothing but a horrible nagging thorn and basically insults anyone who thinks different.
Now I know I shouldn't let other's opinions get to me but when even the series and franchise is against you then it'd make you feel at least a little discouraged in thinking a certain way about a certain character.
Do you think the hate is justified and she should have her brains scattered on the pavement? Or is the hate misplaced or has gotten out of hand?
