Is it possible to make any sense of the implied Dabura-TeenGohan-KidGohan-Cell chain on the Boo Arc?

This chain, by the way:
SSjin Teen Gohan >> Dabura >> Dabura(Goku's Expectations) = Cell >> SSjin Kid Gohan >> SSjin Teen Gohan

This is pretty much implied by the manga, since:
--- Vegeta stated Teen Gohan<<Kid Gohan
--- Goku expected Dabura to be around Cell's level, obviously referring to Perfect Cell, since Vegeta was planning to fight as a SSjin and he stated that they could manage something against Dabura. Now, which suppression of Perfect Cell? We obviously don't know, but we know it was at the very least Cell(vs. Goku), since anything lower(like Warm-Up Cell) wouldn't make any sense in regards to what Vegeta said.
--- After the battle with Pui-Pui & Yakon, Gohan ends up fighting Dabura as a SSjin, and Goku states Dabura is way stronger than he initially thought, which means Dabura far surpassed "Cell"'s level.
--- In the fight with Dabura, Gohan manages to take a off-guard blow from the Demon King and come out almost completely unharmed.

This ultimately leads to the chain i presented in the beginning. Is there anyway to make sense of that chain without making the Boo Arc even more illogical than it already is?

Still makes SSjin Teen Gohan A LOT stronger than his kid self, since

SSjin Teen Gohan >> Dabura >> Expected Dabura ~ Cell(vs. Gohan) >= SSjin Kid Gohan

This chain is the polar opposite of what Vegeta said in regards to Teen Gohan's power.

It does because Cell only increased his speed against Kid Gohan, so Cell vs. Gohan would be 140 going by your numbers, and FPSSjin Gohan is either equal or below that number. Even if we assume Gohan is equal to True-Speed Cell, it would still mean Dabura is 140, and Teen Gohan is way above that judging from their fight.

Context: after fighting Gohan a little
Cell: “You’re a quick little brat…! How about I go all-out, in speed at least?”

2 - Since Cell(vs. Goku) is the lowest possible version Expected Dabura(who is much weaker than Full-Power Dabura going by Goku's statement) could be equal to, Dabura should actually be way above the Cell that Gohan fought.

Early Boo Saga is just a mess. It's hard to take anything on Babidi's Ship seriously the way it is.

Goku judges Cell to be ~about Cell's level based on seeing his movements - doesn't have to be an exact figure. Could be above or below and not contradict anything. Then says he was better than expected specifically after using magic. Gohan is stated to be weaker than when he was a kid, so logically Cell is a small bit above the Cell that Goku fought. Use your head, I'm using mine and my brain is barely working these days.

Goku uses the word "stronger" here.

Gohan is stated to be weaker than when he was a kid, so logically Cell is a small bit above the Cell that Goku fought.

I know Gohan is stated to be weaker. It's the exact reason why i made this thread, it's because the fight doesn't make any sense with what the characters say.
