Is the combined power between Goku SSJG (Peak) and Beerus (Suppressed against Goku SSJG) enough to destroy Universe 7?

Regarding the Anime, after 2 blows between Goku SSJG (very close to his Peak) and Beerus, Ro Kaioshin commented that with another 2 blows Universe 7 would be destroyed.

It was not destroyed thanks to the fact that both managed to diminish the waves of the blows. Then Goku SSJG does a Kamehameha against a Beerus attack. In that clash Goku SSJG manages to obtain the power of him Peak from him, which makes Ro Kaioshin believe that with the clash of attacks between Goku SSJG (Peak) and Beerus he can make Universe 7 disappear.

1.- Does it mean that with a simple clash between Goku SSJG (Peak) and Beerus, it is enough to destroy all of Universe 7?

2.- It would mean that the Universe, upon receiving many waves from the shocks between Goku SSJG (very close to Peak) and Beerus, made Universe 7 half damaged and that a shock wave between Goku SSJG (Peak) and Beerus was enough to wreck it?

Which is the right answer?

That's what the anime presents, the narrator even saying this is a battle capable of destroying the universe. The 2nd interpretation definitely isn't true when we didn't see any planets or stars taking damage from their shockwaves, showing it isn't something where the damage is accumulative.

I don't know, sounds a bit like an outlier. If BOG SSG Goku was already universe level then how come SSB Goku/Vegeta never threaten the universe again from fighting enemies equal to them, or stronger (Golden Freeza, SSR Black, Merged Zamasu, LSS Broly, etc)?

Goku and Vegeta also were in awe by a suppressed Beerus and Champa being able to cause rifts in the fabric of the universe with their attacks.

Their combined power was Universe level. Their individual power being that great is up for debate.

then how come SSB Goku/Vegeta never threaten the universe again from fighting enemies equal to them, or stronger (Golden Freeza, SSR Black, Merged Zamasu, LSS Broly, etc)?

It's clearly shown that Goku learnt how to negate the shockwaves during his fight with Beerus.

Of which were stated by Vados to be capable of destroying both Universes 6 and 7.

Definitely. Goku and Beerus weren’t even attacking the universe directly, it was left over energy from their clash that was destroying the universe. I think Goku alone could definitely destroy the universe.

It was mostly an issue of Ki control. Goku was so powerful he couldn’t control the energy anymore, but he eventually managed to control himself fighting Beerus.

Because they retconned the Saiyan fighters and their ilk into being solid galaxy tier. The only ones who're universal tier are the Gods of Destruction and those above them.
