Is this proof that Pocus>Kaioshin?

Pui Pui's purpose in the story is to show how ridiculously powerful the good guys are, while Majin Buu is even more ridiculously powerful than the good guys.

When Bobbidi gave Dabra and Yakon the go ahead to attack everyone, he specifically warned them to not kill Kaioshin. With Pui-Pui, he doesn't actually say anything.

Who knows? Based on Kaioshin's feats, I don't doubt he'd decimate Pui-Pui with ease. He's just too much of a bitch.

That's a good question. I'm not sure if he could. He did boast about having greater magical power than his father, but most of the emphasis seemed to be on having Dabra there to protect him.

Kaioshin did look pretty nervous about fighting Bobbidi:

Maybe because he was worried about Boo awakening. Kaioshin's confidence returned once he thought Boo was gone. Just shows how much of a different character he is when he's fearless and when he's a bitch.

If he was weaker than Pui Pui he would've been one shotted by Fatty. Kaioshin is a fucking mess and I'll keep repeating it. Dude comes off as fairly strong at the 25th, proceeds to act like a little bitch who couldn't beat anybody on Babidi's ship, and then handles a beating from Boo better than SS Gohan did. This arc is just irritating when looking for consistency.

Difficult to say, but Kaioshin did believe that the Saiyans should battle against Pui Pui together and believed that Goku was stronger than him at the tournament as well. Take that as you will.
