Movie 12 was made before Toei started inflating SS3 Goku's power to ridiculous heights, so I wouldn't place M12 Goku that much higher than his manga self, so Evil Boo would wreck him using the level of power he did against SSJ Gotenks, let alone Gohan Boo.

Fat Janemba would beat Fat Boo though, since Goku cited him as the greatest Ki he'd encountered at this point.

I assume Goku (M12) is much more powerful than your car Arco Boo, because the states that Fat is the largest Ki Janemba has meaning. Seeing that Gotenks Post Rosat was in the movie, but Gohan still quite strong without being SSJ. I would think that Super Buu Gotenks defeated in the room, making the ritual of Gohan be held halfway. Therefore the most powerful Ki I had felt before Fat Janemba Goku was Super Boo (Initial), the same as Gotenks Base (Post) thought he could defeat. We also suggest that Gogeta Base (M12) is not much higher than Goku SSJ3 (M12). Still, I have to Gotenks SSJ (Post) far superior to Super Janemba (FP). I've this:

As for SSJ Gotenks, this would place Fat Janemba above SSJ Gotenks (pre) by a fair margin, though not above post-Rosat. Goku was unable to sense him due to the battle taking place in a separate dimension.

Since he was able to sense Boo prior to the Rosat, this could indeed make Fat Janemba more powerful than Initial Evil Boo, making Goku a lot stronger than his canon self, though not to the extent that it'd have any relevance in Janemba's fight in this thread.

I feel the same, I have to Fat Janemba> = Gotenks Base (Post)> Super Boo (Initial), so even Super Buu (Gotenks SSJ Deleted) easily defeat to Super Janemba.

M12 Goku had trained since the Boo Arc, becoming stronger than his canon self, as stated by both Vegeta and himself. Goku also stated that Fat Janemba had the most amazing Ki he'd ever sensed, making him at bare minimum, stronger than Fat Boo.

Fat Janemba was stated to be stronger that Fat Boo in his movie, so it's obvious that Fat Janemba > Fat Boo.
Skinny Janemba on the other hand was able to beat Boo Arc SS3 Goku, but he didn't completely destroy him,
that alone points to the fact that is he's likely much weaker than Super Boo not to mention Gohan Boo.
