Kaguya enters the One Piece verse and decides to cast an Infinite Tsukuyomi before she can do it she has to defeat OP's strongest characters.

She'd probably beat them all unless someone has a haxed devil fruit ability that entirely ignores power differences and has a chance to use it on her in a fight

As Kenshi said, she'd solo in terms of power. The only thing that would stop her is Devil Fruits that could be too haxed for her to withstand. For instance, she could fall to the Mero Mero no Mi if Hancock placed a stud in front of her to oggle, or Magellan's Venom Demon may be able to erode her before she can regenerate. Still, with what limited precog she has, she'd most likely avoid most tactics that DF hax could utilise and overcome them.
